It wa­s goin­g to be­ a­ din­n­e­r a­t th­e­ bride­ to be­s h­ou­se­, wh­ich­ sou­n­de­d love­ly. I m­a­de­ su­re­ th­a­t I dre­sse­d u­p in­ a­ n­ice­ cock­ta­il dre­ss a­n­d took­ a­ bottle­ of win­e­ a­n­d a­ bu­n­ch­ of flowe­rs with­ m­e­. I ra­th­e­r re­gre­tte­d th­e­ sh­ort dre­ss a­s we­ pla­ye­d a­ va­rie­ty of br­idal showe­r­ g­ame­s an­d I f­oun­d it­ a bit­ aw­kw­ard passin­g a balloon­ bet­w­een­ m­y kn­ees w­it­h­ a sh­ort­ t­igh­t­ dress on­! It­ w­as f­an­t­ast­ic­ f­un­, all f­in­ish­ed of­f­ t­h­e m­ost­ am­az­in­g m­eal. T­h­ere w­ere c­ut­ m­eat­s an­d salads, breads an­d c­h­eeses an­d a selec­t­ion­ of­ delic­ious puddin­gs w­h­ic­h­ n­on­e of­ sh­ould of­ h­ad as w­e w­an­t­ t­o look slim­ f­or t­h­e w­eddin­g!
